GYM CABLE

Some common exercises that can be done with gym cables include:

1. Cable curls: Stand facing the cable machine and hold the handles with an underhand grip. Curl your arms up towards your shoulders, keeping your elbows close to your sides.

2. Tricep pushdowns: Attach a straight bar or rope handle to the cable machine. Stand facing the machine and hold the bar or rope with an overhand grip. Push the bar or rope down towards your thighs, extending your arms fully.

3. Cable rows: Sit on a bench facing the cable machine and hold the handles with an overhand grip. Lean back slightly and pull the handles towards your chest, squeezing your shoulder blades together.

4. Cable flyes: Stand in the middle of the cable machine, holding the handles out to your sides at shoulder height. Bring your hands together in front of your chest, squeezing your chest muscles.

5. Cable woodchoppers: Attach a handle to the cable machine at shoulder height. Stand perpendicular to the machine and hold the handle with both hands. Pull the handle diagonally across your body, rotating your torso as you do so.

Gym cables provide a versatile and effective way to target various muscle groups and can be adjusted to different resistance levels. They are often used as an alternative to free weights or machines for strength training exercises.
